After our culinary design collaboration and his victory at the Bocuse d’or 2005, I worked with Serge Vieira on the launch of his two-Michelin star restaurant in Chaudes-Aigues (Cantal), with a focus on branding and creation of the website. Particular emphasis was placed on the design of the logo so that it reflects the unique venue which blends the modern architecture of its partially underground restaurant with the elegant lines of the middle-aged castle.
